Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 5-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or a return.

Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- It must be unused and in its original packaging
- An invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup
- Used products are not eligible for return or exchange
Exchanges/Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or the wrong item was received
- The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery
- The product has expired by the time of delivery
If your return is accepted, the item must be delivered to our office/store, whichever is nearest to you.
In case of an exchange, after the return is delivered to us, we will ship the replacement product within 3–5 business days.
If there is any issue related to delivery, please contact us within 48 hours after the order has been delivered.

Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
If the cancellation request is accepted, a full refund will be issued.
Goudhaara Farms reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product stock unavailability
- Pricing or informational errors
- Issues with the personal or payment details provided by the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
