Ghee at GouDhaara Farms is made from freshly churned butter made from Gir Cow milk curd. The aroma, color, and taste is completely mesmerizing, as the quality of the Indian cow butter and the source of the milk are authentic.
We make ghee from raw Indian cow milk, boil it, let it cool to about 42–43 degrees Celsius, and add curd. After it settles for about 12–14 hours, The curd is then churned using ancient methods to obtain clarified butter. We place the clarified butter in a vessel to turn it into ghee.
